Send and Receive Payments via Paypal in the Philippines!

Paypal LogoFinally, Paypal is now allowing it’s Philippine users to be able to receive money!

This is going to change how Filipinos view online shopping! And pretty much everything else about the E-commerce industry!

But there’s one thing I don’t understand though, the line:

Send. Receive. Withdraw to a U.S. Bank Account or a card.

U.S. Bank Account? So it definitely means you have to have a U.S. BASED Bank account, right? So it means no BPI or no Metrobank or any local banks yet for that matter?
