I wrote about the Polaroid PoGo Instant Mobile Printer ages ago when it first came out. It was priced at $149.99 then. Now it’s only $49.99. Talk about price depreciation.
I guess it’s Polaroid’s way of catching up with technology. But really though, I don’t see the need why they had to phase out the Polaroid film entirely. A lot of photography enthusiasts out there are still into film and I think there are some people who are trying to bring film back. Sigh. Oh well.
But anyway, atleast there’s one good news about the Polaroid PoGo. It comes in PINK, now! [...]
Post from: Gadgenista

I knew it!
Polaroid is NOT dead! Hahaha! And you thought you guys can kill it!
Polaroid has this cool little printer called PoGo (Polaroid-on-the-go for short). It’s so small that you can actually put it inside your purse or bag. It uses Bluetooth technology to print out photos that are stored inside your mobile phone.
And if your camera has PictBridge you can use your digital camera with the PoGo, too! Not with Bluetooth though, you will be needing a cable.

Even though it’s the age of digital cameras, Polaroids still hold a special place in my heart.
Don’t you just remember the days when you would wait eagerly for a Polaroid photo to fully develop? It was like magic!
And until now, everytime I get a Polaroid snapshot, I’d be acting like a little kid, waiting for the photo to appear.
Now with the news that Polaroid is closing its last film plant in Corcord, Mass, I am very, very, very sad.
I think I should stock up on those Polaroid films. Like right now.
