Samsung SCH-W880: Phone Or Camera?

Samsung is coming out with another interesting product, the Samsung SCH-W880. The SCH-W880 is a 12 megapixel camera phone. But that’s not the what makes this phone partcularly interesting.
At first glance, I thought the image above was showing 2 different, separate gadgets. But apparently, that’s the front and back of the SCH-W880.
From one side, it looks like a normal touchscreen phone. On the other side, it looks like your typical camera, complete with zoom lens.
Now, I can’t decide whether is it more of a camera? Or is it more of a phone?
This product has really piqued my interest. One reason …read more
Samsung Corby Is Cute Little Thang!

The Samsung S3650, also known as the Samsung Corby, is said to be the first full-touch mobile phone designed for teens and the young-at-heart. Hmm, I don’t really understand what “first full-touch mobile” means, much less why it’s the “first”. If the iPhone isn’t a full-touch mobile phone, then I don’t know what is. Or maybe it means “first full-touch mobile for teens”. *shrug*
Either way, this phone seems to be worth looking at, too, along with the Samsung B3310. Same with the B3310, this phone seems to cater to people (more like the teens) who primarily use their phones for …read more
Samsung B3310 Is A Pink QWERTY Phone!

While the selling point for me is that it is available in pink (HAHA), the mere fact that it’s a QWERTY phone and it has shortcut keys for FaceBook and MySpace makes it a phone worth looking at.
It’s obviously a phone meant for teens and those who primarily use their phone for social networking. This phone is coming out sometime this month initially in UK and will hopefully be available in other countries as well. No news yet on how much it’s going to cost, but I heard it’s going to be one of the most affordable QWERTY phones around. …read more
Samsung TL220/TL225: Self Portrait Camera!

It seems like cameras with unique features are popping up all over lately.
There’s one from Nikon with the built-in project (Nikon CoolPIX SJ1000PJ), and then there’s the 3D camera from Fujifilm.
Samsung is also coming out with their unique camera: the Samsung TL220 and TL225. While the unique feature of the TL220 and TL225 isn’t as “amazing” (for a lack of better term) as the others, it’s still a feature every camera-loving, vain Gadgenista will love.
The TL220 and TL225 are the first point and shoot cameras to have an LCD in the front. So basically, taking a self portrait will be …read more
Hello, Samsung HMX-U10 Full HD Camcorder!

While the Flip Mino is a good brand when it comes to web camcorders, most gadget newbies would prefer to buy brands they are more familiar with, like Sony or Samsung.
Sony came out with it’s own version of a web camcorder, the Sony MHS-PM1 sometime ago, last April.
This month, Samsung has released it’s own web camcorder, the HMX-U10.
Comparing to the web camcorders in the market, the HMX-U10 seems to be the best so far. (Well, technically, it’s not yet out in the market since its scheduled to be released on September.)
But anway, compared to Sony and the Flip, the HMX-U10 …read more

I’m loving these uberly girly looking external hard drives from Samsung.
It’s called the Mini S2 portable HDD and it seems like it was really made for women.
Aside from looking like a compact make up mirror or kit, if you look closely, the designs are lined up little hearts! And it’s also available in colors only women would pick, haha.
Available in sizes ranging from 160GB to 500GB.
For now, there’s no news about its price and its availability.

Ooooh, if ever I’m going to change my phone, I’m putting this on my list!
The white front is just so sexy to look at and the colorful back adds the right amount of color to the phone!
Features:
Full QWERTY keyboard

2 megapixel camera

I’m thinking of branching out into other brands by next year. It’s either the iPhone or something else.
