As you all know I’m a big fan of watches and for my favorite casual-sporty watches, I happen to like Casio Baby-G watches.
In fact, I actually own one and I’m sooo happy with it.
Anyway, Casio is coming out with new watches this coming November and December and it’s called Gemmy Baby-G! I’m guessing it’s called such because of the rhinestone accents around the face of the watch, hehe.
Like all Baby-G watches, the Gemmy Baby-G is shock resistant and water-resistant. It also comes in two (2) styles: black with pink rhinestone accents (BG1300MB-1) and white with a pink face and clear …read more
G-Shock Mini: G-Shock For Women!

I don’t understand why Casio made a G-Shock Mini line since there’s already Baby-G. But then I guess Baby-G is still fragile compared to durability of the shock-resistant G-Shock.
The new features of the G-Shock Mini are as follows:
shock resistance
100M water resistance
full auto EL backlight with afterglow
48-city world time
5 daily alarms
countdown timer
1/100 second chronograph
12/24 formats
The G-Shock Mini is basically the same as G-Shock except that it’s smaller in size (duh!) and it comes in more feminine colors like white, pink and blank.
There are also three (3) new models: the GMN-691, GMN-550 and the GMN-50G. G-Shock Mini Watches will be available SOON …read more
Ice-Watch Is The New ToyWatch!

Just recently, I’ve become a big fan of watches. (I bought 3 watches in just a month’s time, tee-hee!)
I normally don’t wear anything on my wrists as I’m as skinny as hell. Wearing watches and bracelets seem to make my arms and wrists skinnier (for me anyway) and as much as most people want to be thin, I prefer to have a normal built. But for some reason lately, wearing a watch makes me feel complete, haha!
Anyway, one of my favorite watches in my watch collection (I really dont have a big collection yet, haha) is my ToyWatch. Unfortunately though, …read more
Be Sporty Cute With BabY-G MS!

I’m sooo lusting after this watch. The acrylic band of my ToyWatch broke a couple of months ago and I still yet have to buy a new band for it.
So now I’m watch-less again… and while scouting for a site on where to order an acrylic band, I came across these totally cute BabY-G watches!
The one thing I look for a watch is the band. I like the slip-on kind as I find it a bit of a hassle to remove those leather kinds with latches (or whatever you call that). This BabY-G kind of reminds me of my ToyWatch, …read more
It’s A Bracelet! No, It’s A Watch!

This LED watch totally takes bracelet watches to a whole new level.
What seemingly is a plain metal bracelet band is in a fact *drumroll* a watch!
The LEDs of the watch are hidden within the little spaces of the metal band. Just push a button and see the hidden LEDs light up to show you the time! What a totally cool idea.
Women can wear it too, but I think this is totally great gift idea for the boyfies and hubbies since it’s a little on the masculine side.

In my last post, I told you guys to throw away your credit cards.
In this post, I’m telling you guys to throw away your smart-card enabled company IDs!
I mean come on, IDs hanging on your necks are so passe. No matter how Swarovski-studded your ID necklaces are, they are still DORKY.
What? Most of u guys place your company IDs in your wallet?
What?! And stretch my genuine leather Coach wallet?! No way! Hahahaha
As if I have one. (I’d love one for my birthday, though.. *hint hint*)
But ANYWAY, presenting, CombiWatch!
It’s simply a smart-card inside your wristwatch! Making contactless applications trendy!

Throw away your plastic credit cards! Those are a thing of the past!
On to the future! A wristwatch with a built-in credit card!
No more swiping. Just tap your wrist on a reader and your purchase is done!
Paypass is a technology found on some credit cards and keychain tags that enables you to make a purchase by just tapping your card or keytag on a sensor.
Definitely makes paying faster and more efficient for small purchases (like $25 and below).
Bigger purchases still require signatures though.
I wonder when this will be available in the Philippines. In the next century?! I mean hello, we …read more
