I’ve always been asked the question: What’s better to buy, a PSP or a DS?
And I always answer the same thing: It depends on what you’re looking for in a handheld device.
In my opinion, if you’re more of a gamer type and you plan to use your handheld mostly with playing games, then you should get the DS.
If you like your handheld to be more of a multimedia device, then it’s better if you get the PSP as you can listen to music with it, view photos, watch videos and play games.
Though admittedly, I think PSP has a better range of games, especially when we’re talking about the graphics. But in terms of interactivity, the DS beats the PSP, hands down.
But anyway, if you already own a DS and you think you need a little bit of PSP-ness in it, you can get the iTouch 2!
iTouch2 helps you play homebrew games, run applications, view maps, browse internet, watch video, play MP3 files, view images, read ebooks and much more. – Any Toys
The iTouch2 is basically a card that you insert in to the DS, much like any card that you insert into a DS.
I think this is a great thing to have if you want best of both worlds (PSP world and DS world, hehe) but can’t afford to have both.
Where to buy: Any Toys
Price: $37.00
