Hot or Not? Keke Palmer’s Peacock Frock

My how little Keke Palmer has grown. It seems like just yesterday when this fresh-faced actress starred in Tyler Perry’s “Madea’s Family Reunion” and the feel-good drama “Akeelah and the Bee.” Now, in the tradition of fellow child star Miley Cyrus, the 16-year-old is the star of her very own TV series, “True Jackson VP” on Nickelodeon.
Keke Palmer is pretty as a peacock.
In case you haven’t noticed, I’m partial to bold patterns, so I’m really feeling Keke’s vibrant summer dress. The mix of colors is reminiscent of a peacock and Keke nicely accented her flowy frock with feather earrings.

The dress is hot, but not for her. I can see it on a more statuesque individual with a little more height. The dress seems too mature for her baby face. I’d rock it!
