Neutrogena MoistureShine Soothing LipSheers: Product Review

I’m not much of a lipstick wearer. I certainly don’t wear make-up on a daily basis, more just when I’m going out and/or have an event to attend. And even then, when I am fully made-up, I don’t wear lipstick, I wear lip gloss with just the slightest hint of color (I probably own only a tube or 2 of actual lipstick).

I do, however, wear lip balm on a daily basis, re-applying several times a day. Especially in the colder months. You already know I’m a lip balm addict…

But what happens when you want to have the effect of a both a lip balm (with sunscreen I might add) and some lipstick ‘color effect’ without the heaviness of lipstick?
