]]> Breaking up with Nick Lachey has done wonders for Vanessa Mannillo. To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of  Ms. Mannillo (really, other than her stint as an MTV VJ, what has she done?). But I like to give props where props are due, and the part-Filipina beauty looks exquisite in this blue halter dress.  Her taupe gladiator heels are divine and perfectly complement the dress.
