Enough already with the cold weather coats, hats, and boots.  I can’t wait for my fashion Spring Awakening.  If you’re like me, however, the recession has probably curbed your enthusiasm for spending on clothing, shoes, and accessories.  Not to worry.

“Trend Roll-Over” – this is when a trend from the previous year (same season) “rolls over” to the next year (same season). Take for instance, the fold-over boot that we previously discussed. That was totally a trend roll-over. I don’t know how I concocted this
