I’ve been missing Wendy Williams like crazy since she abandoned her radio gig for a shot at TV stardom (Note to Wendy: I don’t like you as much on TV as I do on the radio). My work day is a lot more boring without the shock jock’s cackling and a steady stream of “How you doin’s” into my headphones, and with Wendy gone I’d pretty much resigned to having ho-hum, radio-free afternoons.

Without outrageous radio personality Wendy Williams, my work day afternoons would be a whole lot duller. I’ve been listening to the gossip girl since she returned to the New York City airwaves on WBLS in 2001, and I was among the fans who tuned in last summer during the trial sneak peak of her TV gab fest, “The Wendy Williams Show.”
Well, starting Monday, July 13 Wendy’s back on the tele, and this time I hope she’ll be around as long as Oprah…or at least as long as Tyra’s talk show.

Beyonce is known for her curves. Heck, she put the B in bootylicious. But in this photo from a recent video shoot, her hips look curiously inflated. Rumor has it that B’s enhanced bottom can be attributed to hip pads.
According to New York City shock jock Wendy Williams — who cracks me up daily — hip and booty pads are popular with drag queens. But why on earth would Beyonce of all people need more bounce to the ounce? Her larger than life hips do make her waist look itsy bitsy. Was that the goal?
