Brody is born!

Well girls, Brody has arrived! I went into labor around 1am Monday morning and then decided to head to the hospital at 4:15am. We got there at 4:50am and Brody made his entrance at 5:57am. Most of the moms reading this will know that this means I was unable to get an epidural…I’m still reeling in pain from it all. Still—my boy is GORGEOUS. He seems to have to some reflux issues, but otherwise is very healthy. And did I mention gorgeous? The pictures below really don’t do him justice.
Here are his stats:
Born May 14th @ 5:57am
9lbs 3oz. and 20.5 inches long
One very happy mommy who is madly in love with him.

Congrats again, Shannon. He’s a cutie! As you know, I can empathise with the pain and all. But, without an epidural? Yikes! Hope you and bub recover well and soon. Take care. :-)
