Fashion week update

Oh my–my schedule has been super crazy while I’ve been here and I’m stealing about 5 minutes from Christina to use her computer to give you a brief update.

Let’s see who I’ve seen–Nikki Taylor, Tyson Beckford, Robert Verdi, (the back of ) Brooke Shields and I had some chat time with David Evangelista. I’ve got some pictures that I’ll be posting once I get back home.

I also had a great time backstage at Yigal Azrouel, Jason Wu (and got to see the show) and Nicole Miller. I’ll have some great posts on makeup at those shows.

I had a makeover at both 3 Custom Color Specialists and Lancome and also did videos at both places.

I ate the most delicious cupcakes at Magnolia Bakery–not before waiting in a line that wrapped around the front of the store! Craziness over cupcakes!

I sat in the third row at Victorya Hong’s fashion show, which rocked–but man I loved the music. I wish I knew the music she chose.

Went to the Fabbies, of which I am nominated in Beauty for my other blog A Girl’s Gotta Spa. I got to hang out with Nichelle from 55 Secret Street, Lauren from Second City Style, Christina from ebeauty daily, Daniel from Fashion Indie, Lesley from Fashion Tribes and the team at Style Hive. I know I’m missing some bloggers (I hope they forgive me), but it was a great time at Avenue A Sushi. Yummo.

Last night was a late dinner at Koi (which has the most fabulous food ever!) I got to hang out with about 30 fabulous beauty bloggers.

I still have another beauty blog event tonight, Extracts and a brunch tomorrow morning before I hit the road home. Man–I am so exhausted! But what a great time! I can’t wait to get home and share all the pictures with you!
