Getting Gorgeous (in One Hot Minute!)

Benefit is one of my very favorite brands thanks to their girlish and clever packaging, not to mention their delightful products. So you can imagine my excitement last night, when I was able to attend a very special event to introduce their latest product, One Hot Minute, an all over loose powder in a shimmering and versatile rose gold.
Benefit’s own Makeup Trend Artist Annie Ford Danielson (daughter of Benefit founder Jean Ford) was on hand for quick and easy makeovers – and here’s my “after” look post Annie’s magic:
To create the look, Annie used several key Benefit products:
Face: Some Kind-a Gorgeous (the foundation faker, $28)
Eyes: BadGal Liner Waterproof ($20), Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in Birthday Suit (as base, $19), Velvet Eyeshadow in Bikini Line ($18)
Cheeks: posietint ($28)
Lips: Benetint Lip Balm ($20)
And of course – Annie used a liberal amount of One Hot Minute to give me an all over glow. The product isn’t available until July at Sephora stores, but trust me, it’s worth the wait!
What do you think of my Benefit look?

I love it! It looks very natural and radiant. =)
Benefit is so much fun! I agree that both their packaging and products are “delightful”. Your skin looks flawless in this photo, and the colors they chose are lovely. Can’t wait to try One Hot Minute in July!
Your skin looks wonderful and definitely radiant but not shiny. I must say I would have used a smidgen less blush (or “stain” I guess). The eye and lip colors are perfect for you. Thanks for sharing your experience, I’ve been looking at Benefit cosmetics but have never used them.
