Lancome High Definicils

So I’m not the ultimate eye model, but I wanted to give you an idea of the volume and how prounounced Lancome’s High Definicils makes your eyelashes. Teri took these pictures for me the day I had my makeover at the Lancome Boutique. I was amazed at how gorgeous my lashes turned out.
The wand is thin and long and the plastic bristled head is also thin and long and very flexible. While the formula is thick, it didn’t clump as I applied it. One thing I will tell you is that you cannot touch up this mascara after it’s dried. You do have to work fast as you apply it because it will dry quickly.
Two tips Leo gave me for giving the illusion of a wider, more open eye while getting my makeover–don’t apply mascara to your lower lashes (or just barely apply it) and start your eyeliner off thinly just at the lid line and then thicken the line from the mid-point of your lid to the outter edge (as seen in picture #2).
High Deficils is available at www.lancome.com, have you used it?

hmmmm… definicils has always been a favorite for many but never worked for me. just not enough umph…. but this is making my ears perk up, i may need to try…
i heard so much hype about this mascara, but was also disappointed. It looked ok when i put it on, but at times clump. It also rubbed off somewhat and i had black flakes under neath my eyes. I’m glad i didn’t splurge and buy a full size tube of it, i got a sample instead.
I’m going to try this out! Be on the lookout for a Julie review soon :) I’m so excited, as I’ve heard so many good things about this mascara and I love Lancome’s products in general.
I’ve used Definicils and it is one of my favorite mascaras – my go to mascara at Lancome actually, though I’ve never tried Courbe Virtuose which I’ve heard raves about.
On me Definicils lengthened more than it did anything so you’d definitely want to use an eyelash curler before hand. Also, Debbie was right about it having a tendency to clump so I’d keep an eyelash comb on hand.
