MAC Cosmetics Fall 2008 Cult of Cherries

Remember back when I asked if red was a color that was good for everyone? Well if you fit into that percentage of women who can pull off red, MAC’s new line launching this fall, Cult of Cherries, has some amazing reds and deep colored hues.
The collection comes with Lipsticks, Lipglass, Mattene, Powder Blush, Nail Lacquer, Zoom Lash and 3 Eye Shadow Quads. Although I can’t sport red on my lips, their blushes seem to be pretty neutral (peach and pink bronze colored); the nail lacquer is wearable in an eggplant color and frosty grey taupe; and the eye shadow quads are quite lovely if you are aiming for the smoky eye look (which is still a hot trend this fall).
Cult of Cherry is meant to be dramatic and seductive. A video for it will be available soon and I’ll update this post when it is live.
