MAC In 3D

Can you imagine how excited this lip gloss junkie was to receive the MAC in 3D collection? I was like a kid in a candy store I tell you!
MAC in 3D is the newest lipglass collection available only until October 1st. It contains 12 luxurious and super glossy reflective glosses. 3D lipglass is a gel-based formula that combines reflective and chrome pearls so that you get dimension and high shine. I am all about the shine.
Don’t be afraid of color with 3D. When I saw a few of the colors, particularly Apex which is orange with green pearl, I bit my lip in concern. However, 3D is more of a sheer lipglass with a small pop of color. What is most predominant is the shine. So it may look like Sunkist in the tube, but doesn’t apply to your lips at all in that way.
The best part was using Kanebo’s Total Lip Treatment and applying a 3D lipglass over it. I cannot tell you all of the compliments I recieved! (Total Lip Treatment to be reviewed on A Girl’s Gotta Spa of course).

I think the 3D Glasses might be my favorite formulation of all the MAC lipgloss products. It is so smooth and silky and has such shine … absolutely perfect!
I like in 3D, not my favorite lipglass formula, but its shine power is perfection. I have In 3D and Optical and the color is so subtle, perfect for layering over lipsticks.
i like these on their own, even with liner (to me) it comes across as too strong. i like the way it shines & think that it stands on its own nicely
