  1. Depends where you’re putting them and if you’re using foundation over it. Most places, I think you want concealer that matches your skin tone or is maybe just the tiniest bit lighter.

    Under your eyes, though, that’ll just look like reverse raccoon eyes. I’ve been told that somewhat darker, pinkier concealer is best for under your eyes. I use a shade like that under my eyes and it works great even though I’m very pale. I do add some foundation over it which helps blend it in better, but it doesn’t take much despite the fact that the concealer looks really dark compared to the other concealer I use when I compare them side by side in the containers. If I don’t have that concealer handy, I’ll use the light concealer and add a bit of blush to it to make it look more natural.
