Ok, so it’s not Monday, sorry I’m late with this!
“My question is about hyper pigmentation. I have one on my lips, it is green. I don’t know how to cover it up. What color or base can I use? If you can help me, thanks!” Lucy
If you are able to help Lucy, please provide her some guidance in the comments.

Instead of covering it up, I would work to treat it instead. I also had/have hyper-pigmentation on my lip (caused by the sun and genetics), and have almost completely removed it using NeoStrata HQPlus cream (I think it was around $30 CDN). Or, you could go see your doctor and get a prescription for something that may work faster/be stronger.
Whatever you use, make sure you follow this up with more sunscreen!
Kelly’s reccomendations so great, in addition to that I’d try using a lip primer. While you’re getting treated, in the meantime I would try using lipstick/gloss combinations instead of just gloss. The opaqueness of lipstick helps cover up.
great tips gals! treating it is the most important thing so that you dont have to worry about hiding it as much in the future. either try a lip primer or a touch of concealer/foundation to knock out the color then use a lip color if you like. i would steer away from glosses right know since the shine will just bring more attention to it (which sounds like you wouldnt like that). instead go for a lipstick that is a bit less glossy
Treat it as the first poster suggests. I also use the correcting color concealers, like physicians formula. You have to use a very light hand though.
i would try using a green corrector directly on the pigmentation and then a beigy neutral lip color over it. try m.a.c lipcolor in masque. it’s a pinky beige color so it shouldd look natural.
