Milani Cosmetics Lip Mixer, Mineral Mousse Foundation & Compact

A while back I asked you all what you thought of mousse foundation. So finally I have had the chance to give it a try with Milani Cosmetics Mineral Mousse Foundation (which is oil-free LOVE). I also gave their talc-free Mineral Compact Makeup and Lip Mixer a shot as well. Paired with some of my other favorite brands, I was determined to get that snowbunny-sexy look going on.

Not that I want to see myself all blown up like this, but I think it gives you a truer picture of how well the Mineral Mousse Foundation really gave my skin a flawless look. No shine either! The Mineral Compact Makeup was very light and really was the finishing touch to making my skin look so matte. The Lip Mixer is pretty cool because it has a solid matte color at the bottom of the tube and as you pull the applicator out it glides through the section of shimmer and shine. The color I am wearing is called Lip Stir (#703). The mousse is French Cream and the compact is Creamy Natural.

The best part is that Milani Cosmetics can be found at your local drugstore and is completely affordable! So ladies, now you can go look like a snowbunny too!

    GOOD MORNING SHANNON,
Is this a powder makeup or a creme type? You did a wonderful job with this makeup & you look beautiful on the photo. Have a good day! Judy

  2. Shannon says:

Hi Judy–thank you. :) The mousse has the consistency of the kind of mousse you eat and the compact is a pressed powder.

  3. Sybrina RICHARDSON says:

why on earth did they stop making the pressed powder. It was the best! Now I can’t find it anywhere. It’s always like that, once you find a great color match in a pressed powder, the company discontinues it for some reason. That really “sucks”!

Hi, I think you look very pretty. I have fair skin also and was wanting to try this foundation. I would have to get the French Cream, too. After seeing it on your skin, I think I will give it a go.
