LUSH has this product called Babyface that is supposed to be amazing at taking off make up! and it's mostly natural ingrediants too so it's worth a try! i also think lancome is awesome. even though the neutrogena says eye make remover, i use it for my face too. even though it gets oily like you said, i always wash my face after using make up remover so the oily problem gets resolved.

For eye makeup remover, Lancome's Bi-Facil is simply the best. No disrespect to this Neutrogena, but it's all about the Lancome. Smooth, works quickly, and doesn't leave my eyes feeling greasy.
