Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Concealer Stick SPF 15

I’ve previously reviewed Physicians Formula Conceal Rx in soft green and decided to give one of their Mineral Wear concealer’s a try, this time in Soft Yellow. Their new Mineral Concealer is talc-free, in stick form and has an SPF of 15.
I found the Mineral Concealer to go on much easier than Conceal Rx, as a few swipes under the eye and along the bridge of your nose will give you the perfect amount. I brushed it out using my Billy B Beauty Paintbrush Two. It did a fantastic job neutralizing the redness that normally appears on either side of my nose, which is typically very ruddy and uneven. I also put it on my eyes as a base for the Any Wear Creme from Mommy Makeup that I wore for this particular picture. While there is still a slight hint of pink, it is a combination of my blush and it being incredibly hot in my house due to the weather.
It’s definitely a step-up from Conceal Rx and I love the fact that it is formulated with 100% pure mineral extracts and Vitamins A & E.
It costs $6.95 and can be found at drugstores nationwide.

Thanks for the review – I have rosace and am looking for something to neutralize redness. I’m using Eucerin’s green-tinted moisturizer but I have very oily skin, so I think I’ll give this a try.
Hi Kay, I’d recommend using this and Sally B’s Skin Yummies Get Even Finishing Powder. My redness is not as severe as rosacea, but using both together completely neutralized all signs of redness.
I’m glad somebody else likes this. This hides my acne and scars better than anything I’ve tried that doesn’t break me out (have cystic-type acne and oily skin) when I top it off with mineral makeup I get a flawless finish and so many compliments! This is great and so cheap too…but it is hard to find. Not drying or heavy feeling at all.
