From the vibrant pinks and purples on Spring runways to pop culture’s Technicolor graffiti art explosion, neons are again having their day in the spotlight (bad ’80’s memories be damned!) Next up for color addicts? essie’s Summer 2009 Neon Collection:

Flirty Fuschia looks cute.
I’m definitely rockin’ Color Club’s Elecro Candy set, because they’ve all got shimmer. I’ve got Electro Candy & Ultra Violet, which are gorgeous neon shimmers.
I like neon brights for the summer.
