Truth be told, since I live in NYC, Walmart is a positively exotic shopping experience to me.  I’ve only been a handful of times in the past few years but whenever I’m in the vicinity of a store, I feel compelled to shop.

I have no excuse for not shopping Walmart anymore though – the site just launched Health & Beauty products online for home delivery. That means that thousands of  items from your favorite mass brands like Neutrogena, L’Oreal, Pantene and Gillette can now be shipped directly to home. Convenient, right? If you’re a fan of Heroes, you’ll be psyched to see Cover Girl’s latest face – actress Dania Ramirez (Maya Herrera on the show!)
The beauty will be featured in Cover Girl ads beginning in January 2010.  Of the campaign, Dania said, “Being a COVERGIRL is about recognizing internal and external beauty, regardless of age or background. As a role model, I hope to inspire women to be confident enough to achieve everything they want to achieve.”
Dania joins other famous faces including Ellen DeGeneres, Drew Barrymore, Queen Latifah and Rihanna as the newest face of the brand.

As a woman of Italian descent, I’m blessed with brows that go on for days.  They’re naturally thick and each individual hair is quite long.  It’s among the beauty banes of my existence.

As you can tell, I’m pretty obsessed with mascara. I haven’t yet had the courage to leap to extensions (the thought of someone attaching things to each lash sounds painful), so I continue to try to find a mascara that will come close to mimicing those come hither eyes.

We all have at least one product that we can’t live without. Of course, I know there are several things that I use on a daily basis that I can’t imagine myself without.
At the top of the list would be mascara. I like both AVON’s Super Full mascara and Cover Girl’s LashExact. I have AVON’s in black and Cover Girl in brown. Both are amazing and my lashes would never look so gorgeous without them.
