“Wild Things” of the world come together in MAC’s new Style Warrior collection. Boasting bold new combinations and a dramatically different and deliberately diverse colour story, Style Warrior is an eclectic and expressive way to exalt and admire the strength and solidarity of beauty with no barriers.
A selection of all-over summer bronzing shades for Lips, Cheeks, Eyes, Nails, featuring the innovation of Impassioned, Bronzescape and Scatterrays Solar Bits – sunbursts to unleash the animal in every woman. The collection is exotically packaged in stylized zebra and leopard prints.
I’m looking forward to testing out the Lustre Drops most of all ($18.50) – …read more

A makeup legend in its own right, YSL Touché éclat ($40) gets an update for Spring in a versatile new light peach hue. With a brightening and lightening cream inside, the convenient click-pen applicator works to conceal and diffuse light, leading to a more radiant complexion.
If peach isn’t your color, Touché éclat also comes in three other shades – Luminous Radiance, Ivory or Toffee. This is a makeup essential for me – I use the little pen daily, to add a bit of radiance to the inside and outside corners of my eye. If you have light under eye circles, this may …read more
Benefit Cosmetics Gilded

Gilded, from Benefit Cosmetics is a tequila gold highlighting pencil. As my friend Jason says, “Metallics are the new neutral.”
Benefit says, “It’s like 24 carat gold in a stick!”
I have to say, I love this little golden pencil. It’s nice and soft, so it glides across your skin as you apply it. I’ve used it across my brown bone, under my lower lids and on my lips under my 24 sexy gold lip gloss.
Gilded gives a nice shimmer without taking over–it merely compliments any other colors and products you are already using.
Have you tried it?
Jelly Pong Pong Venus Magical Pearls

Jelly Pong Pong is a quirky cosmetics company. I love how they add humor and an interesting take on their makeup, but their latest product, Venus Magical Pearls is a little on the fancy side.
This pearl colored jar comes in a small hat box-like package. I received mine in Goddess Skin, and from the packaging, I first mistook it to be a skin care product. I was surprised when I opened the jar to find amber colored little balls or “pearls.”
Venus Magical Pearls is a multi-tasker, much like myself. You can use this product to highlight your cheek bones and …read more

I have been sitting on this little gem since the beginning of December. Do you know how hard it was not to write about it? However, I had no choice because it was top secret over at Twisted Fayte and I had to keep this all to myself until its launch.
Thankfully, this product, along with 2 other products I received, launched yesterday. Finally I can tell you how much I love it!
This mineral makeup is a highlighting cream. The one I received was in Radiate, which is a sheer nude pearl. It has more shine and shimmer than this picture …read more
Benefit Cosmetics: Moon Beam

When I was applying Moon Beam, my youngest son was in the bathroom watching me…because I can never seem to get away from the kids…he began to laugh at me as he thought I was putting nail polish on my cheeks. It is kind of funny that the product really does look like a bottle of nail polish.
Moon Beam is a highlighter that is a natural golden pink. While the site says it works best on olive, tan and darker skin tones, it made my pale complexion shimmer. I made X’s at the apple of each cheek as the box …read more
