While I’ve encountered many great concealers over the years (Cle de Peau, Bobbi Brown and Max Factor, among them), I’m ALWAYS interested in testing the newest in the hopes it might be my ‘holy grail’.
My latest try is Maybelline’s new SuperStay Concealer and I’m impressed!
This long-wearing, yet lightweight, formula stays flawless (no creases in the undereye area) and doesn’t budge for hours. (Maybelline claims 24 hours, but I always make it a point to remove my makeup before bed, so I can’t weigh in on that!)

Beauty news to share! Yesterday, it was confirmed that Maybelline New York will be the official cosmetic sponsor for IMG Fashion’s Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City’s Bryant Park. The two year agreement, which will commence at the upcoming spring collections in September 2009, will carry through to the event’s planned move to Lincoln Center in September 2010.
All I can think is, will New York Fashion Week ever be the same? 
I’m not so sure.

I’ll admit it…I’m a mascara addict. In fact, if there were only one makeup item on earth that I couldn’t live without, it would be mascara, hands down. Every morning, as I carefully apply my face, I thank the makeup Gods for mascara and whoever invented it. I’m not kidding.

I had heard that Maybelline’s newest mascara, Define-a-Lash was set to hit stores this week and I’ve definitely found people who are reviewing the product, however, I can’t seem to find where to buy it anywhere! Even the Maybelline website makes no mention about this new product, but the ad shows I am not crazy and it does exist–but where?

Maybelline Shine Seduction.
With 20 seductive creams and shimmers, and the fact that it looks eriely similar to e.l.f.’s Moisture Lip Care, makes me wonder if the colors are better and it if works just as good. (And darn it, I can’t find a picture of it on the web anywhere!)
