I don’t know about you but Project Runway Season 4 was hands down my favorite. I loved hilarious Jack Mackenroth and smoking hot Rami Kashou but most of all, I loved the uber-talented (and uber-sassy) Christian Siriano, the season’s winner.

Siriano was the first Project Runway designer to really hit it big – since winning, he’s dressed countless celebs (including fashion icon Victoria Beckham), shown in the tents at New York Fashion Week and created a line of footwear for Payless. So, what’s next for this pint-sized powerhouse?

That’s right – makeup! Siriano has collaborated with Victoria’s Secret to create a beautiful line of color cosmetics, which is available now.

Packaged in chic pyramid gold compacts, the collection includes Lip Gloss, Eye Shadow and more but the real star of the show is DEFINITELY this lovely ruffled makeup bag, which retails for just $12!

It’s my favorite because a) I love a good ruffle! and b) Ruffles are a design signature for Siriano, so if you can’t splurge on one of his gowns (I definitely cannot), this is a nice way to get just a small taste of his style.

Shop the full collection at Victoria’s Secret!

To get her look, Baraf used five simple tips anyone can do at home:

1. Prep: To begin, Baraf always preps the eye. Using products from the new VS Make-up PRO line she applied VS PRO Lasting FX Eyeshadow Primer all over the lids and under the eye, helping to create the base for a perfect, long-lasting, smooth eye.

2. Liner: Baraf used VS Make-up Eyeliner in Extreme Black. Applying it on both the upper and bottom lash line. “The key to the smokey eye is to smudge, smudge, smudge,” says Baraf.

3. Eyeshadow: Baraf used VS Eyeshadow in Fierce and blended it in the crease of the eye as well as VS Make-up in Champagne in the inner corners to make the eyes pop.

4. Skin: “Since Miranda is a Victoria’s Secret Model skin is very important! I wanted her cheeks to glow, so I bronzed her cheeks with VS Bare Bronze blush in Copabana.”

5. Lips: To finish, Baraf used VS Lipstick in Sweet Nothing. “A light, pinky, long-lasting lipstick, so Miranda wouldn’t have to keep applying all night.”

What do you think of Miranda’s look? Would you rock something similar for a big night out? For the exact products mentioned above, visit Victoria’s Secret.

Naturally I made my way over the to line up of makeup and was able to pick up their Cream to Powder Eye Shadow Duo, as well as a Metallic Eye Liner, Blush Highlighter Duo and Lip Gloss Duo.

The gorgeous eye shadow is a neutral tone in Catwalk (pictured)–a creamy taupe and the powder shadow a rich chocolate color. Each shadow exhibits a shimmer on your eyes and looks beautiful. I found that using my Elizabeth Arden Advanced Eye-Fix Primer helps prevent this duo from creasing. In fact, I tried it without the primer and it did crease slightly, so I definitely recommend wearing a primer underneath. I also found that the powder shadow makes for a great eye brow filler as well.

The Metallic Eye Liner in Hot Bronze is lovely. It’s not overdone and looks just as good for a daytime look as it does for night.

The Blush Highlighter Duo has a sheer blush while its counterpart has a subtle shimmer. The one I have is called Runway and contains the most perfect pale pinks.

The Lip Gloss Duo is a double ended lip gloss where one is a cream and one offers shimmering shine. You can pair them up to add some pow to your pout or wear each alone. Show is a beautiful creamy fleshtone with a slightly beige/clear gloss.

All products are available for a limited time and can be found at both Victoria’s Secrets stores and www.VictoriasSecret.com.

As the very gorgeous Heidi Klum gets ready to walk down the Red Carpet at the Oscar’s, I asked Victoria’s Secret Beauty’s makeup artist Linda Hay for some tips to being red carpet ready:
Shannon: How do celebrities like Heidi Klum keep their skin matte when under the California sun and bright lights of the red carpet?
Linda Hay: Start with an oil-free moisturizer and choose sheer foundations and concealers like my favorites from Very Sexy Makeup, which don’t cake and flake, and allow skin to breathe.

To minimize shine as the night wears on, keep blotting papers and power in your evening bag.

Shannon: Which products are used to prevent their eyeshadow from creasing and mascara from smudging during the countless hours they are wearing it at the Oscars?

Linda Hay: To make your eye makeup last, make sure you apply liner and shadow after you’ve prepared the eye with a light touch of concealer and powder, which will allow the color to set and adhere. Wear the mascara that you love and won’t flake after a long day of work, as a red carpet event lasts just as long.
