I’ve actually had these products sitting on my shelf for a few months and only got around to trying them out now. Silly me, as these are really good products.
The Body Shop’s Flawless Skin Protecting Concealer comes in 4 shades (I am 01). It is a cream to powder concealer with African baobab oil, which is said to moisturize your skin. This concealer is not at all greasy and spreads very smoothly. It is easy to work with and doesn’t convert to powder too quickly, allowing you time to smooth it out over the desired areas. I applied it alongside my nose and over a few blemishes and loved how it completely eliminated the redness. For $15.50, it’s a steal!
The Flawless Skin Protecting Foundation comes in 6 shades, which I feel
focuses on much warmer skin tones than those of us in the light to medium family. I went with the only true light color of the group, 01. The consistency of this cream to powder foundation is just like that of the concealer–creamy, non-greasy, completely workable. As far as coverage goes, it did a very good job giving me a very natural looking finish. Besides the mediocre shade offering, the only other downside was that there isn’t much product in the pan. If used everyday, it may only last a month at most.
Have you used these products? What did you think?

“Mediocre”, wow for those of us with off white/tanned tones this is perfect!
No allergic reactions, no grease and an ideal protector from dust and sun. Take this on holiday with you if you are expecting a hint of a tint or for off white skins, use at all times for tireless looks. This is the only foundation I have ever found white does not cause spots /rashes .
I love the Body Shop, and didn’t expect their concealers to be all that great because I was always so focused on the colors, eyeshadows and lip glosses. Boy was I wrong! I like the super sleek packaging and the fact that they are hyperallergenic (sp?)
ive never found that their stuff worked for me. the products always seemed to separate & sit on my skin. this worked thee same for me. :(
The Body Shop was my go-to for beauty splurges in high school. I love their stuff. I don’t know if I can go back to cream concealer though, always makes my blemishes worse.
i never looked to the body shop for makeup products…i guess i always thought they were more for…the body? haha, but i am loving those stick concealers! brings back fond memories of doing my make up in the review mirror right before school!
i just bought this foundation a couple of weeks ago and still haven’t started using it yet. it tempted me as i read in a magazine in how smooth its application on skin would be. hope it really work. but i’m hoping if anyone out there that still using this product to send me ur pic with the thing on your skin. hehe..sounds am a weirdo..but to be serious, just wanna see the actual result. thanx
