Mardi Gras is scheduled to take place on February 16th. The yearly event is already an huge deal in New Orleans, but you can bet with the New Orleans Saints pulling out a huge win at the recent Superbowl-the festivities will be bigger than ever.

New Balance remains true to the comfort of the original sneaker, but with some additional features such as fleur de lis symbol on the tongue label and heel. Honestly, I think New Balance did a great job capturing the true spirit of Mardi Gras.
