Christopher Fischer is a luxury brand that sells clothing, accessories, and home decor. Not only are the designs for men incredibly sleek but they’re rich in color too. What the brand is known for is their lavish cashmere. It said that Fischer is not only a perfectionist but “lives, dreams, eats, and sleeps cashmere.”

“For me, when it comes to cashmere,” he says, “it’s always very personal.” The clothing company launched nearly 25 five years ago in the town of Hawick just off the borders Scotland.

The brand made it’s long waited debut onto stores in August 1999. Two more would soon open shorty after.

There’s many things that can be said about menswear line Spurr, it’s a brand that evokes an ever so timeless style in several of its pieces. After already establishing themselves as one the hottest brands in male fashion, Spurr went on to become featured in numerous of publications such as GQ Magazine and Detail. In 2007, Spurr won “Best New Label” at the WWD-DNR ‘Magazine Editors Choice Awards’.

So how did Spurr become so successful? Well, some would owe it all to two men, Chief Executive Producer Judd Nydes and Simon Spurr.

Simon Spurr, 35, is the creative director behind the brand. The England native graduated from Middlesex University in 1996.

Spurr has more than dozen years of experience in his field of expertise. His resume speakers volumes-before creating Spurr, Simon Spurr was Calvin Klein’s menswear line from 2001-2003. Shortly afterward Spurr was Design Director of Ralph Lauren’s Black Label for men.

For the Spring and Summer season Spurr pushes the envelope-compiling several different stylings: from Street Couture to high end fashion. It’s obvious, that Spurr is changing the way of how fashion is supposed to worn.
