One of my favorite pieces is this Belted Cloud Jacket by Earth & Sky.
It has three-quarter length bell sleeves and a wide notched collar, giving it a romantic and whimsical look. I love the bright blue color too!
The jacket is handmade in Los Angeles out of 100% organic cotton and dyed using low-impact dyes.
