Best of 2007

I thought as we approach the end of another year I would bring together a list of my favorite green sites of 2007. They are not all beauty blogs per se because, well that’s not all there is to us, is it? I think life is about balance and doing the best you can with what the Universe has given you. We don’t live in a vacuum so it’s always a good thing to get out and see what other people are talking about. Information is sexy. Information will refine your pores. Just think about what it could do for your hair color.

No Impact Man is just a normal guy in NYC trying to limit his family’s footprint. It follows his year long experiment and beyond. It’s funny and informative. Chic by Nature has the latest in green clothing and accessories. Once you “green” your makeup cabinet, make sure to move over there to get the lowdown on how to “green” your closet.

TreeHugger is hands down the best go-to site for everything from environmental news to green beauty and fashion trends. Green as a thistle makes me laugh out loud. It reminds me of a “My Name is Earl” for environmentalists. Fix is another great experiment type blog that has great, practical ideas for daily life.
