I know this isn’t a fashion event. but it’s run by the fabulous Kelly Drennan, who has put together such great Toronto events like Fashion Takes Action and the Eco-Weddings show, so I just had to share it with you!
On April 11, six Toronto chefs and six brewers will be celebrating slow and local food. Eating local can be pretty hard, especially during the long and cold Canadian winters!
The featured restaurants will be Jamie Kennedy Kitchens, La Palette, Veritas, Cowbell, the Gladstone and Rebel House; the six breweries include Mill Street, Cameron’s, Wellington, Church-Key, Steam Whistle and Black Oak.
To accompany all this yummy food, there will be food artisans and live entertainment. Tickets are $150.00 each and proceeds will benefit Green Enterprise Toronto.
To reserve tickets with VISA/MC call Leslie Domenico at 416-644-1012. For more information, visit their website!
Eating green is chic, after all. You’ve got to feel fabulous to look fabulous.
