Call Me Cookie

Over the weekend I unfortunately found myself at the mall. I hate the mall, especially on the weekend. Luckily I remembered that I had a gift certificate that was burning a hole in my hand. Two guesses where I went with it…obviously Sephora. My latest object of affection is Carol’s Daughter. Carol’s Daughter is like totally bitchin and has a Camaro. I’m gonna sneak out of my bedroom window to go see her play a gig with her punk band. I digress.
So I was all glassy eyed at the array of products that I wanted to try but decided that I needed to try the Almond Cookie Bath Oil first. Almond and natural oils; yeah I’m all in. First of all can I talk about the bottle itself. It has chunks of pretty things floating in it which makes it oh so lovely for displaying on a vanity. Also the opening is closed with a little hole so the oil doesn’t just pour out and create a big mess (speaking from experience). I was expecting a candy type scent but the scent was very musky and sexy. It’s pretty subtle though. After my shower my husband gave me the look when I walked by him. You know the look. It sinks in really quickly as well and it didn’t get on my clothes. It’s a must try. Maybe for Mom for Mother’s Day?
