Be careful of Ragazzi Vegan. Their customer service is terrible and if you return a pair of shoes, they will not refund your money, even if they were never worn. The shoes are also of a very low quality, and fall apart within just a few months. Buyer beware!
I had a very bad experience with customer service as well. I didn’t try to return the shoes so can’t comment on that. I’m wearing Ragazzi shoes right now; the pair I have are reasonably durable.
i had a horrible experience too! i tell everyone i can not to buy from ragazzi vegan or their sister company vegan outfitters. their owner, brian pang, is a joke. all the phone numbers and emails listed on the websites get you nowhere fast. i returned a pair of shoes because the sticker on the bottom clearly said “leather”- and i never got a refund! horrible folks!
Argh! I’m desperately trying to get money back for boots I bought as well- no response- I’m out the $90 for boots, $30 for reshipping and now Vegan Outfitters flips directly to Alternative Outfitters. So do not buy from them!!!!! They’re crooks- and the boots run ridiculously small. Lesson learned, albeit an expensive one.
Hi , I’ve had the exact same experience with Vegan Ragazzi. They were easy to deal with when I bought from them. I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 months. The email address on there site comes back as undeliverable to the recipient. The 2 phone numbers they provide are bogus. One I can’t dial from my area and the other says another companies name and you can’t leave a message.
HORRIBLE! Has anyone on here had any luck getting a hold of them. I sent my boots back to them like they clearly say to do, and no money back so far. No nothing. They should be ashamed saying they’re ethical. Brian Pang is a crook. BBB has them registered with 13 complaints.Too bad, it’s hard to find vagan shoes as it is.
