Going All Natural!

My friends, I have been going Au Naturel, All Natural, for one week now. In other words, I have been makeup free. And let me tell you, my face is thanking me for it.
I honestly never realized that by not wearing makeup for this long of a period of time, my skin would look better. I kind of figured that it would feel better, as I have been battling severe dryness from self-tanner use every day. And by wearing no makeup, I have been able to try different moisturizers out all day long. But for my face to look more even on it’s own – the thought never crossed my mind.
Today, will be a no makeup day for me as well, but then tomorrow, I will be back to making myself up with my favorite makeup products. You know, I do have places to go and people to see!
If you have the time and don’t mind the natural look, wash that makeup off and keep it off for a few days. You will be amazed by the difference.
And a great cleansing tip I recently learned, is to make sure that your cleanser is mild and water soluble. If you have to tissue your cleanser off off or use a face cloth to remove your makeup, then it is not gentle enough for facial skin.
