For your reading pleasure, a how to Natural Beauty Recipe Book. If I only had more time, I think I would make all of my own beauty items.
The recipes in this book are all quick-and-easy daily concoctions for products we can make at home: face cleansers, eye cleansers, toners, moisturizing creams and gels, cold cream cleanser, hand cream, body lotion, lip balm, face masks, rejuvenating treatments, liquid shampoos, hair bars, conditioners, rinses, hair nourishing treatments, deodorants, mouth washes, after shaves, eye baths, soaps and scents.
I have made soap before, and love to make my own lip balm. Do you make any of your own beauty items?

This is great! It is very time consuming but what a great idea. At home products are the best. My boyfreind experimented with making his own coffee bean face scrub. He did not have a recipe but he wanted to see how it would work. It did not smell very good but it did exfoliate. I think there was something to his idea, I am going to find a recipe for a coffee scrub and see how it works.
Do let us know the recipe and how it worked out for you.
My favorite face and body scrub-brown sugar and lemon juice. Make a thick paste and exfoliate. I do this every other day. My skin has never looked better.
where do you get tuesday’s tips book?
I have made my very own hair masks, rinses, foot soaks, and more. They work splendidly, the items are simple, and easily found. For most any hair “shampoo” (wash that you later rinse out) you can combine any of these items for tremendous results: Lemon, egg, organic mayo, yogurt, mint, chamomile, lavender, honey, and avocado. Here’s a tip: for making a leave-in rinse use lavender or chamomile cooled tea, you’ll smell great all day and get a thouro rinse!!!
