I Have Been Tagged!

The wonderful Shannon of Makeup Minute fame, has tagged me in this fun little tagging game.
Here are the rules: Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to then report this on their own blog with their 7 things as well as these rules. They then need to tag 7 others and list their names on their blog. They are also asked to leave a comment for each of the tagged, letting them know they have been tagged and to read the blog.
Here goes:
1. My husband of 18 years and I are the proud parents of four children – 3 boys; 15, 10, 7, and one girl; 11.
2. If I had to, I could live on Diet Coke and Smartfood Popcorn.
3. I don’t drink coffee – never have and never will. I can’t even stand the smell of it.
4. I wasn’t allowed to wear makeup until I was 17, and I have been hooked on it ever since.
5. I love to garden, and obsess over my beautiful green grass.
6. I turned 40 years old just two weeks ago – and I am having a hard time with it.
7. In my makeup obsession, I have collected 252 lip gloss’s and 135 bottles of nail polish. I am afraid to count the rest.

#4 Me too! I couldn’t wear makeup until I was 16… probably explains why I do makeup so much better on other people than myself..
#6 Trust me. After you hit 40, it’s really no big deal…. seriously.. remember, 40 is the new 30!

You are too funny, Elke!
I just cannot get over the fact that I am “40″. It is the number that is making me feel so old. I have always been the youngest, and this youngest isn’t so young anymore. UGH!
Hehe, well, if it makes you feel any better, just know that I will ALWAYS be older than you…
Dear me. This ought to be interesting.
Teri- I have 4 kids, too! (Three girls: 15, 13 & 5, and one boy: 14)
And Elke’s right, 40 is the new 30! Happy Birthday
Elke – Let’s just pretend we are not 40, okay? I say forever 39!!!
Large families are fun, aren’t that Erika?
I must admit that I am glad that I have 3 boys and one girl, and not the other way around.
These hormone surges (hers and mine) are killing me!
Thanks for the birthday wishes!
Sasha – I can’t wait to read your fun facts!
