LAVANILA Gift Set

Sephora has some great gift sets and deals this time of year. One of the ones I have my eye on is LAVANILA’s two-piece gift set in Vanilla Coconut. It comes with the Eau de Parfum and the Body Butter. Vanilla and Coconut are two of my favorite fragrances so it’s seems like a win-win. However since it would be a gift for someone else I will have to resist the temptation to keep it myself. This particular set is only available online at Sephora so perhaps it would be a good gift for someone you will not be seeing on the Holidays. You could have it shipped to them directly and save the hassle and added costs of re-shipping it. You can check out reviews and specific ingredient information here. I am particularly fond of their new format that allows customers (or Beauty Insiders) to leave reviews. If I am going to buy something online I want to have as much info as possible before I click. Have you tried any LAVANILA products before? What do you think?

This was too beachy for me. I have the Vanilla Grapefruit, and while I like it, it’s too strong. By this, I mean one spritz is too much. Definitely not a summer scent.
I’m thinking I’ll put a small amount in a container with almond oil, mix and use it that way. What do you think, Noel?
