M.A.C. Cosmetic’s Mineralized Makeup Line

Yesterday, I told you about the mineral makeup carried by AVON - until then I wasn’t even aware that they were carrying it. Another surprise - M.A.C. Cosmetics now carries a Mineralized line. Two new Mineralize kits are available and you get them shipped free until the 24th of October, 2009. These kits are limited-edition exclusives. In the past I’ve tried M.A.C. eye shadows – my sister uses the brand. I liked the depth and the brightness of the colors. I’m glad to see that they are carrying mineral makeup now. Hopefully more companies will follow this trend.
Fun in the Sun Mineralize Kit

The Fun in the Sun Mineralize Kit consists of 3 color products and a little mini buffer brush. There’s a Mineralize Skinfinish in Shimpagne (Shimpagne? What color is that?), Blush in Nuance (Nuance?), and the eye shadow is a duo called Play on Plums (okay, probably purples). I can’t see any information listed about the ingredients in the makeup. The Play on Plums shadows are described as “Bronzed burgundy mono/Peachy gold with pink and bronze veining (Frost).”
Pinkzapoppin! Mineralize Kit

The Pinkzapoppin! kit contains Skinfinish in Light Flush, a blush in Dainty, and the shadow duo is Love Connection. Love Connection is a “Pale beige with gold and blue veining/Warm gold mono (Frost).”
