I’m a big fan of Sabon NYC organic skincare products. In fact, I’m wearing the Face Serum right now. It’s got a nice light feel which is perfect for my combination skin in the Summer, but if you have normal or dry skin and are looking for a face cream with a little more oomph, take a look at Sabon’s Organic Day Cream.

The Organic Day Cream is made with a variety of medicinal plants that were cultivated in the Swiss Alps; Edelweiss, Artemisia, Marrubium, and Nectapure. These plants work wonders with the skin. They increase elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and help to keep the complexion looking and feeling youthful. In addition, they help to protect against allergic reactions and sun damage. They are certified organic by ECOCERT® and Bio Swiss.
Just like the Skin Serum, the Day Cream contains oil from Macadmia Nuts, Jojoba, Olive Oil, Shea Butter, as well as Aloe Vera.
A quick note about the packaging, it’s lovely. I know that it’s what inside that is the jar that counts, but I enjoy the extra touch of beauty in my everyday routine.
Starting today, August 24, 2009, and running through until August 27, 2009, shoppers will receive free shipping on orders that are $20 and over. For a limited time, you can also get free organic samples with every online order.

This does look beautiful…if it is as good as the packaging, I may be sold! LOL! I will definitely check this out on the cosmetics database, as I am really looking for something without any harmful ingredients at all. Do you know how this ranks? Right now, I just recently switched over to a natural cream from Topricin called Topricin pain cream…it is natural, safe and works great on my body for aches, pains and /or inflammation. Now that I have this, I just need to find makeup and cosmetics. Thanks for the suggestion!
Caroline, I don’t know where it ranks. I try to offer information about a wide variety of products that are made up of various amounts of natural ingredients. For makeup, I’d look for something in a mineral makeup.
