Have you heard of the Environmental Working Group? They are a non-profit organization that research products that may threaten our health and the environment.
They recently found that a certain cancer-causing chemical 1,4-dioxane, is used by many companies in many cosmetic products. You will notice this chemical by other names, such as dioxane, diethylene dioxide, 1,4-diethylene dioxide, diethylene ether, glycol ethylene ether, dioxane-1,4, tetrahydro-p-dioxin, tetrahydro-1,4-dioxin.

Another quick article that I just read and found very interesting. It was written in the New York Times by fashion and style writer Natasha Singer, titled, Should you Trust your Makeup?
Having the FDA regulate simply everything we put onto our skin is a bit debatable. I don’t want them to tell me what I can and cannot wear, essentially. Being relatively new to organic skin care products, I am looking to kits to indulge my needs.

Okay, you asked the hard question, and I will answer it. After a certain age, it does start to go South. Sad but true, and especially after kids. I will compile a list when my son is not tearing the house apart and really address this question. I will also call in a bunch of experts.
