Have you seen those ads for Acai Berry juice? Something along the lines of “Lose weight like Rachel Ray (Oprah/Kelly Clarkson/insert non-twig-like female celeb here) with acai!!” I see them every time I sign onto MySpace and yeah, I scoffed at first, but there is a lot of truth to the Acai claims.

With open toed and backless shoes quickly coming into season, I have found myself concentrating on my feet – toes, and heels especially.
Over the weekend, I went to plug in my bubbling foot bath, only to find that it was no longer in working condition. I was quite bummed, as I had my evening of foot pampering already planned. So what to do? I made my own foot bath.
