Building A Better Belly

It’s not too late to get in shape for Summer. Women’s Health magazine has the Belly Off Club going on now. The Belly Off Club is an 8 Week program.
You can watch a short video with trainer David Jack (cute boy, of course) where he outlines the workout requirements. You can download the workouts straight to your iPod, download them to your computer, or print them out.

For busy people, including busy moms, it’s almost impossible to figure out how to get time to exercise. This month in Self magazine there are two articles on how to sneak in exercise–how to do it while you’re watching tv (141 -145) and a tear-out on page 75 on how to hop around.
