These pretty pyjamas are made of SeaCell, this new fabric made out of seaweed. I will do a terrible job explaining, so here is what the site says:
SeaCell is a Lyocell fiber made with seaweed. Seaweed contains minerals of the sea &#8211; carbohydrates, amino acids, fats, and vitamins such as Vitamin A, E and Carotinoid. Seaweed has long been used in cosmetics to improve blood supply, activate the metabolism, and promote skin renewal to preserve skin&#8217;s smoothness and firmness. These active ingredients that promote skin renewal are incorporated in the SeaCell fiber and are released into the skin upon contact. <p>I&#8217;m wondering how soft it would be. I do think bamboo is incredibly soft, so I imagine seaweed might be the same. These pieces have some cotton and elastic added to make them comfier, as well.</p>
