I love, love, love this chevron shawl vest by Stewart & Brown. It can be worn a million different ways, and each way is classy and eye-catching.
I love the super casual take the model has on it, but it could be easily dressed up with a little black dress or worked into your office wardrobe! The possibilities are endless!
This fair trade piece is handmade out of 100% mongolian cashmere. You can make it yours for $369.00 at Stewart & Brown.

This fair trade linen lace cardigan is the perfect cover-up for a spring day! The subtlety ruffled hem and lace details make it romantic and winsome. Don’t you just want to put this one with a skirt and frolic through a meadow?
Because it hits so short, I’d wear an extra-long tank or tee underneath or a pretty dress to balance your look.
It’s currently $178.00 and can be ordered through Stewart & Brown.

I love this fair trade lace dress by Stewart & Brown. It’s so sweet and feminine!
I really like how the model has it paired with a long-sleeve tee, but it’s a bit too short for my tastes (I’m a tall girl, I must be concerned about such things!).
Since I feel the same way about leggings that my pal Dexie does, I’d pair it with some dark jeans and go for the jeans-with-skirt look. It’s not my fave look, but this dress is delicate enough for you to pull it off!
Another option is to layer it with …read more

This fair-trade linen skirt by Stewart + Brown is a perfect addition to a spring wardrobe.
I’d prefer it in white (which is available), but couldn’t find a picture of it! This black–which is pretty cute itself– will have to do for your visual! I’d go with a bohemian look with this skirt–strappy sandals (preferably flats), big jewelry and a cute top! You could also dress it up with wedge heels and a sleek top!
It’s currently on sale for $99.00 and you can order it here!

Upcoming fashion designer Anne Salvatore Epstein, has recently launched a new eco-friendly dress line she calls Beau Soliel. (Yes, it’s after the oyster!)
The garments will be made out of bamboo, vegetable-dyed organic cottons, tencel, which is made from eucalyptus tress, and vintage as well as recycled leather trims.
Epstein promises that her new company will focus on sustainable, fair trade and organic products and practices. All her pieces are wearable, yet flirty and feminine. There isn’t a lot of color in this line, but it’s an excellent set of classic pieces that would enhance any wardrobe!
Check out the initial pieces below. …read more

EDIT: Note to self — stop using the word “cute” excessively. This is a fashion blog. There are no small children or kittens involved.
Anyways, this dress by Stewart and Brown is currently 50% off! That’s half price! (I like being redundant.)
The dress is handmade by Magnolian herders and weavers who engage in sustainable, fair trade practices. Stewart and Brown is a sweet, family run company that ensures quality, low impact fashions.
The dress itself isn’t too cheap — currently $110.50 from Hip & Zen — but remember, you are saving $110.50, too!!
