I’m just sticking my head in for a minute to give you guys an awesome homemade foot scrub. My feet are embarrassingly dry and scaly around this time of the year. So I started experimenting and came up with this fantastic scrub to slough off some dead skin. Throw some raw almonds in the food processor until they are ground well but still a little chunky. Mix that with some Sweet Almond Oil until it reaches the desired consistency(think clumpy oatmeal). Massage it into your feet and wash off in the shower. Then pour yourself a glass of wine and relax. Tuesday’s Tips – Do it Yourself Foot Bath.

With open toed and backless shoes quickly coming into season, I have found myself concentrating on my feet – toes, and heels especially.
Over the weekend, I went to plug in my bubbling foot bath, only to find that it was no longer in working condition. I was quite bummed, as I had my evening of foot pampering already planned. So what to do? I made my own foot bath.
