ecoSNEAKS are made out of materials like hemp (for the canvas), recycled car tires(for the soles), recycled plastic bottles (for the laces), and organic cotton (for the lining).

I just found out about this event and it looks fantastic!
On September 27th, Appel & Frank are hosting the Eco-Chic Shopping event! It’s going to feature lots of green designers, including Anna Cohen, Del Forte and Hiroko Hurikara.
Fashion isn’t the only green goodness on the agenda — organic coffee and natural cocktails will be served and you can get yourself made over all-naturally by KamalaSpa or Brown Bag Botanicals.
