I live at the Northern End of the Central Valley of California. We have hot Summers and really don’t find much relief from the heat until October or November. In writing Pretty By Nature, I tend to focus a lot on skin care. To me, that’s the basis of beauty and health – healthy skin. Eat These Foods For Healthy Skin

I have always focused on good skincare. Growing up with pimples, it was hell. I used any and every product that I could get my hands on. In addition to that, I took supplements, including Zinc and Vitamin E, which Mom said would help. It did. A little.
