With the sad and untimely deaths of Brad Renfro and Heath Ledger, it has really hit home to me the need to take better care of myself. I obviously didn’t know them personally but I just find it really sad and a waste of the precious gift that life is. I think it’s too easy to get swept up with the daily grind and the things you have to get done. What I really need to focus on is balance.
