Pretty by Nature

Twisted Twee Home of the Tassle Tee

I like to think of myself as possessing a fairly good sense of humor. That said, sometimes I’m offended by silly things. For example, the first time I saw the toddler Tassle Tee, I was horrified. Now, it just makes me giggle, but I can see where a baby t-shirt with tassles could be considered controversial.

The tees, made by Twisted Twee, in the UK, are meant to be tongue-in-cheek. Your baby will not grow up to be a stripper, just because she wears a tassle-print tee as a baby. Sometimes we take things too literally, when really it’s more fun (and healthier)  to laugh and have a sense of humor. Relax. Chances are baby is going to spit up on the shirt anyway.

I like their Daddy/Baby Twinsets. Made with organic cotton, as many of the Twisted Twee products are, this one is meant for the acorn and the tree.

Also cute, these “nappy” covers. Cover baby’s diaper with a retro-print of parasols, so much cooler than bunnies. They are made of 100% organic cotton.

This combo is made with organic cotton. They call it “A organic, eco-friendly, hand-crafted locally produced and footprint-reducing homage to the glory of mass producted plastic.”
